How items work
Open the Items menu in the lobby and spin for items; owned items are tracked in the Collection panel, and the menu says your best 5 go with you into the match. The source stresses the equipped Medkit item and typing “medkit” as a word are different things. What this item does in a match has not been tested by any source. A typed word with the same name also exists.
